Two tortoises lived in a pond which was affected by a drought. Two cranes wanted to help them.One day the cranes came to the pond and invited the tortoises to come with them to be carried to a new pond. They agreed and the cranes started carrying one of the tortoises first. As they were flying over the village a group of children started shouting at them. The tortoise opened its mouth to castigate the children resulting in fatal consequences to the tortoises .The worried cranes now tried taking the second tortoise to the new pond. While they were flying over the same village one of the cranes wanted to advise the tortoise not to open its mouth. As soon as the crane opened its mouth the stick slipped out.
