A research team has proved that eating fish; greatly decreases the risk of developing heart disease. The key factor providing this protection has been identified as a chemical known as omega-3-fatty acids, found in fish oils. Therefore, if people take dietary supplements of omega-3-fatty acids, in capsule form, they will decrease their risk of developing heart diseases.
